KINGS MOUNTAIN -- Police say they have made an arrest in a convenience store robbery from earlier this week.
Kings Mountain police say Jose Feliciano Green, 47, of Gastonia, has been charged with common law robbery. That is in connection with Monday evening’s robbery at the Circle P store on Phifer Road.
Police say a man entered the store that evening, ran behind the counter, and took money from the cash register. No injuries were reported, and no weapon was displayed.
Green is being held under $20,000 bond at the Law Enforcement Center in Shelby.
