Hello friends!

Short and sweet blog today – as finals week is this week! EEEEEK!

Everything fitness and everything wedding is totally on the back burner for the next week (and last week sort of too…shoot). Even as I sit here writing this blog I’m thinking, “30 minutes of study time – gone!!” As school is about to progress into it’s final semester, I find it hard to keep focus on anything and everything. Somehow, writing a research study turns into an opened Pinterest tab on Safari and a quick 30-minute Pilates video turns into “oh wow I should really vacuum this carpet.” Even while writing this blog drifting into a Law and Order: SVU coma (I swear, they always have a marathon on when I have the most to do!!!).

So how do I take care of this stress induced attention dilemma? Hold on tight and let it ride out, even if it means putting wedding stuff off and a few pounds on. Right now, my focus needs to stay with maintaining my grades so I don’t royally you-know-what myself and get kicked out of my program (there’s only 8 of us… they’d miss me). After this week of madness is over – lots of yoga will do the trick.

Crazy stressful times like this are hard. I know I’m one to preach, “there’s always time for a work out!” but this stinks. Ladies going through a similar situation, I hear ya’ sister!

World peace and skinny jeans,

Sheri xo
