Free Zumba intro
Healthy Home Market will host this free class 6:30-7:15 p.m. Dec. 10 at its 2707 South Blvd. location. The class will teach the standard Zumba moves. Participants should come dressed for exercise. Details: 704-522-8123; www.healthyhomemkt.com.
Dec. 11
Long-term care options
The Ivey will host this free community education program 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Dec. 11 at 6030 Park South Drive. The first half of the session will focus on long-term care options; the second will look at advanced directives. Attendees will learn about the free “Five Wishes Document,” which tells loved ones your choices in case of incapacitation. Signatures will be notarized for free so attendees leave with a legal document.
Preregistration is requested, and respite care is available with advance notice for caregivers who wish to attend. 704-909-2070.
