A Rock Hill father says a man sporting a tattoo of a naked woman gave his teenage daughter an illegal tattoo this weekend, police say.
The 16-year-old girl’s father told police on Monday that his daughter got the tattoo – a heart with a ring around it – near her bikini line at a McFadden Street home on Saturday, according to a Rock Hill police report.
In South Carolina, it is illegal to perform tattooing on someone younger than 18.
The father told police his daughter told him that when she went to the house, the man took her inside, gave her the tattoo and showed her his own tattoo – a woman with her bare breasts showing.
Police spoke with the man, who showed police the tattoos on his chest and back, confirming the designs the girl’s father reported, the report states.
No arrests were made.
