NACA’s American Dream event
The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America will host a number of events for prospective homebuyers as well as homeowners who are struggling to pay a mortgage. Events run 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday through Monday at the Charlotte Convention Center, 501 S. Tucking roses in
Witherspoon Rose Culture will host this free workshop at 10 a.m. Saturday at 4401 Shopton Road. This course will focus on the importance of cold weather protection for roses. Details: www.witherspoonrose.com.
Investing via IRA webinar
Henderson Properties will host this free, hour-long webinar at noon and 7 p.m. Dec. 13. The online discussion will focus on using an IRA as an investment vehicle. Also learn add to your rental property portfolio with a self-directed IRA or 401k. To register: firstname.lastname@example.org.
