“A Huntersville Christmas” will run 4-8 p.m. Dec. 8 in Downtown Huntersville. The holiday event will feature entertainment, children’s activities and rides, shopping opportunities and more. Attendees are asked to bring at least one canned good to donate to Angels & Sparrows Soup Kitchen, there is no other admission fee.
Huntersville Police Department will also be accepting donations of unwrapped toys for their holiday to drive, and Kobe Cares will be accepting dog and cat toys, treats, food, litter, cat litter, dog walk bags and cleaning supplies.Timeless Treasures, located across from Huntersville Town Hall, will be raffling a 74’ inch Uttermost floor clock at 8 p.m., with all proceeds to benefit the Make A Wish Foundation.Parking will be available at Huntersville Elementary, 200 Gilead Road; Huntersville Associated Reformed Presbyterian Church, 200 N. Old Statesville Road; First Baptist Church of Huntersville, 212 N. Old Statesville Road and the Town Center Parking Garage (Gilead Road entrance only), 105 Gilead Road.
