Praise Him from whom all blessings flow-I'm finished! I survived my last semester of college and with all A's! Don't even ask me how that happened (especially with English) but I'll take it :)

This semester was such a whirlwind that when I think about it, it doesn't seem like it should be over. I have about three weeks until I begin student teaching (eek!). It's so surreal.

I'm looking forward to Christmas break because I not only get to spend time with friends and family but I also get to work out at my local Y. During the semester I wasn't able to go to any classes. I'm stoked to get my Zumba, yoga, and Pilates on.

What I am not so excited about is the unlimited supply of cookies, sweets, and junk food in the pantry only a few yards away from me. This could either be a great month for weight loss and toning up at the gym or it could be the month that tips the scale in the wrong direction. It also doesn't help that my mom and I are scheduling a baking day- an entire day devoted to baking a plethora of delicious morsels of chocolately goodness in cookie, cake, and candy forms.

Oh, I'm in trouble.

My goals for this week:

• hit the gym everyday

• raid my Pinterest board for healthy foods

• stay far, far away from my Sweet Tooth Remedies board on Pinterest

• stay strong

How do y'all stay true to your diet over the holidays? Any game plan recommendations? I would love to hear how you combat the holiday temptations!
