Man dies in Lancaster County fire

Lancaster County authorities say a man was found dead inside a home that caught fire Friday.

The name of the victim has not yet been released. Coroner Mike Morris said an autopsy will be performed to determine exactly how the man died.

The fire occurred at a home on South Potter Road. The roof of the home was destroyed along with the structure of the residence.

Firefighters remained at the scene mid-afternoon trying to put out hot spots. Officials have not said how the fire started.
