1 shot in Gastonia robbery

One man was injured in a robbery early Sunday at a Gastonia residence, police say.

The robbery was reported about 1:15 a.m. at a residence in the 2000 block of Pine Drive. Police say four men were at the home when at least two men broke in and robbed the victims at gunpoint.

During the robbery, police say, at least two shots were fired. One victim was shot in the leg and taken to the hospital with injuries that were described as non-life-threatening. No arrests have been announced in the case.
