Here’s how the following will observe Christmas Day on Tuesday:

Federal offices: Closed.

N.C., S.C. state offices: Closed

Charlotte city offices: Closed.

Mecklenburg County offices: Closed.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools: Closed.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg libraries: Closed.

Banks: Closed.

Buses, light rail: Open. CATS will operate on the Sunday schedule.

Compost Central: Closed.

Garbage pickup: Closed. Collection will operate on a one-day delay with Friday customers receiving service on Saturday, Dec. 29.

Mecklenburg ABC stores: Closed.

S.C. ABC stores: Closed.

FedEx: Closed. FedEx Custom Critical available.

UPS: Closed. UPS Express Critical available.

U.S. Postal Service: Closed.
