Buses, light rail: Open, operating on Sunday schedule.

Compost Central: Open 7 a.m.-4 p.m.

Garbage pickup: Open.

Mecklenburg ABC stores: Closed.

S.C. ABC stores: Open.

FedEx: Closed. Custom Critical available.

UPS: Closed. Express Critical available.

U.S. Postal Service: Closed.
