• A story in Tuesday’s Carolina Living section about five ways health care will change inadvertently omitted several lines of text in some editions.
• The following correction was typographically garbled in some editions of Tuesday’s Observer: A story in Saturday’s Local section about the death of former CPCC President Richard Hagemeyer incorrectly referred to Melvin Stump as Hagemeyer’s grandfather. He was Hagemeyer’s father-in-law.
