Rock Hill woman reports $5k in fur coats stolen while hospitalized

A 69-year-old Rock Hill woman hospitalized for a broken hip retuned home to find that her $3,500 mink coat and other items were missing, according to police reports.

The woman was gone from her apartment on Patriot Parkway from before Thanksgiving until Wednesday, the report states. When the woman came home the mink was gone, along with a $1,500 fox jacket, set of knives, computer and other household items.

Detectives are investigating.
