Rock Hill Police say they found four starving pit bulls and a dead pit bull puppy at a home on Hagins Street last week. On Wednesday, police arrested 23-year-old Calvin McCullough, Jr.
A second man was charged earlier. Investigators say they found the dogs chained to trees at the home. They had no food and injuries like they'd been used for fighting.
The dead puppy was found on a chain inside a crate.
