Hearing: The village will have a hearing for the Unified Development Ordinance on Jan. 15 at 7 p.m. The ordinance that will be discussed would regulate the building and maintenance of private and residential property in Lake Park. The hearing will be at Central Academy at Lake Park, 3624 Lake Park Road, Indian Trail.Fairview Meeting: The town will have its first meeting of 2013 on Jan. 14 at 7 p.m. at Fairview Town Hall, 7516 Concord Highway, Monroe.Mineral Springs Meeting: The town will have its first meeting on Jan. 10, 7:30 p.m. at the Mineral Springs Volunteer Fire Department, 5804 Waxhaw Highway, Mineral Springs.Weddington Meeting: The town will hold its first meeting on Jan. 14 at 7 p.m. at Weddington town hall, 924 Weddington Road, Weddington.Wesley Chapel Meeting: The village will hold its first village council meeting on Jan. 14 at 7 p.m. at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, 120 Potter Road, Monroe. The agenda will include a review of bids and the budget for the building of Dogwood Park.Wingate Meeting: The town will hold its first meeting on Jan. 15 at 7 p.m. at the Jesse Helms Center, 3910 U.S. 74 E., Wingate.
