Charlotte-Mecklenburg police continued to search on Sunday for two armed men who broke into an occupied home on Saturday night, stole several items and ran off.

The home-invasion robbery happened on Fairbrook Drive, near Beatties Ford Road, around 9 p.m. Saturday. Police had only a vague description of the suspects. The homeowner was in the dwelling when the robbers broke in, but no one was harmed.

Police encourage anyone with information on the robbery to call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600. Tipsters are eligible for a reward for information that leads to an arrest.
