A U-haul truck wrecked into a building in South Charlotte Wednesday afternoon, sending one person to the hospital.

The crash happened in the 5200 block of Park Road between Woodlawn and Tyvola roads around 3:30 p.m. One person was taken to Carolinas Medical Center-Main with non-life threatening injuries, Medic said.

Details about the crash were not immediately available.
