ROCK HILL Police believe an air rifle might have been used to shoot out the back windows of three cars parked at the Rock Hill YMCA Wednesday evening.

Around 6:45 p.m., police were called to the YMCA on Charlotte Avenue after complaints about three cars being vandalized, according to a Rock Hill Police report.

When they arrived, officers found that the back windows of a blue 2007 Toyota, a white 2001 Ford van and a black 2005 Toyota truck were all shot out by a possible air rifle.

Damage to each car is estimated at $250 each, the report states. The cars were in the back parking lot of the YMCA. Police haven’t identified any suspects.
