COLUMBIA -- The FBI says a man wanted in connection with a double homicide last year in the Philadelphia area is thought to be somewhere in South Carolina.

Authorities say Tyheem Melton, 37, is wanted for the shooting deaths of a man and woman last April 6.

The FBI alleges that Melton is the man who walked into a bar on Market Street in Philadelphia and shot Troy Wimberly and Crystal Shadding to death. According to published reports, police say Wimberly was targeted over a dispute over drugs.

Authorities say they think Melton is either in the Columbia or Hartsville areas of South Carolina.

He is described as a black male, about 6 feet 2 and 255 pounds. Anyone with information in the case is asked to call 911, or contact the FBI in Philadelphia at 215-418-4043.
