This Saturday I got to have the company of some of my favorite people. With the exception of one person who unfortunately couldnt attend, I was able to get all my bridesmaids in one place finally. You have no idea how huge of an accomplishment that is. Not one of them lives in the same city that I do and there is a good amount of distance that separates us all. That combined with each individuals work and family obligations hasnt made it easy for us to gather in one place. Prior to this weekend, the most Ive been able to get together is three out of the six bridesmaids.
It was very nice for me to connect with them face to face at one time and place, and it had been awhile since I had seen a couple of them at all. Having them all there made everything seem a lot more real. Or maybe it was the million wedding questions that they overwhelmed me with that did that, ha! Either way it made me have that oh my gosh, Im getting married! moment. Its hard to explain, but it was like happiness, excitement, nervousness, and anticipation all balled up in to one. Just trying to deal with so many emotions can be a little nerve-racking. I dont even want to think what kind of state I will be in on my wedding day!The one thing I regret is that we didnt get one picture together. How does that happen?! This occasion was photo proof worthy, so major fail on my part. I guess thats what happens when youre too busy chatting. Im lucky to have such amazing women to be a part of my wedding day, and I look forward to sharing that moment with them. Thank you ladies!
