The Kannapolis Fire Department pulled one victim from a Nob Hill Drive house fire around 9 p.m. Sunday night. As of Monday morning, no new information was available about the victims identity or condition.
According to the release provided by the fire department Sunday night, personnel responded to 4600 Nob Hill Drive after heavy smoke from a single-wide mobile home was reported.
Responding units were advised prior to arrival there was a victim inside the mobile home. According to the report, personnel found the unresponsive victim near the rear of the home and the victim was transported to Carolina Medical Center NorthEast in Concord.
No other injuries were reported, though the home sustained significant heat and smoke damage.
