Officials investigating what caused smoke on plane

Officials are trying to learn more about what caused smoke to come out of the cabin of a US Airways plane in Charlotte late Thursday.

Authorities said four flight attendants were preparing for a flight around 11 p.m. at Charlotte Douglas International Airport when they smelled smoke and saw haze in the plane.

No passengers had boarded the plane yet, and they were able to board another flight.

Paramedics were called to check out the attendants, and they are said to be fine.
