Rock Hill native Robin Adkins Vosler found out that she and her husband Jason are having a boy this morning live on the Today show.

Vosler, a Rock Hill High and Winthrop University graduate who now lives in Florida, was featured in a segment on a new test for potential birth defects for that can determine gender as early as 10 weeks into pregnancy. The testing geared toward older women having a first baby - Robin is going to be 35 - showed no health problems for the baby, then she was handed a box to open live on the show on NBC.

Robin opened the box, it showed that she was having a boy. Robin said "it's a boy," and then her husband did what guys do: He pumped his fist.

See video from the segment here.
