The heaviest part of the morning commute is over, but the traffic troubles continue this Tuesday morning in the Charlotte region.
An earlier wreck that clogged inbound East Independence Boulevard is cleared, but crews are still working to clear the wreck on northbound Interstate 85 near Graham Street.
And congestion remains a problem in several areas -- well after congestion usually dissipates.
