A man was hospitalized after falling off a railing early Thursday at the EpiCenter in Charlotte’s uptown.
Police say the man apparently was leaving the entertainment venue about 2 a.m., when he decided to slide down the railing. The man slipped off the railing and fell about 25 feet, according to police.
He was rushed to Carolinas Medical Center with serious injuries.
