Organizers of Charlotte’s 17th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and the accompanying Charlotte Goes Green Festival have opened registration for the parade.
The parade and festival will take place Saturday, March 16, in Charlotte’s uptown area. The parade is considered one of the largest St. Patrick’s Day events in the Southeast. Organizers say an estimated 80,000 people were involved in last year’s events.
