Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are searching for a felon who is wanted for allegedly assaulting two police officers Thursday evening on Milton Road.
Tony Clay Johnson, 29, is wanted on outstanding warrants on those charges as well as charges of possessing a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, resist, obstruct and delay and possession of stolen property.
Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 in rewards for information leading to Johnson’s arrest.
