ROCK HILL A Walmart cashier is accused of stealing more than $2,800 in items from the Dave Lyle Boulevard store in Rock Hill.

Leah Gregory, 39, is charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent and possession of marijuana, according to Rock Hill police.

A manager told police that Gregory bagged items at the checkout without scanning them first, the report states. This went on for about two months and was captured on surveillance video. The report didn't list what type of items were stolen.

Officers arrested Gregory early Friday morning. At the Rock Hill law center, police discovered .15 grams of marijuana in with her cigarettes, as well as half a smoked marijuana joint.
