Locke official to speak to GOP women

Becki Gray, a vice president of the John Locke Foundation, will speak to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Republican Women’s Club on Feb. 27.

Gray, a frequent guest on NCSpin and columnist for the Carolina Journal, will talk about the General Assembly and the administration of Gov. Pat McCrory.
