Huntersville police are looking for the woman who robbed a Walgreen's pharmacy Thursday night.

Huntersville police are asking for the public’s help in their investigation of an armed pharmacy robbery that took place Thursday night.

Officials say a white female came into the Walgreens at 9848 Gilead Road around 8 p.m. and demanded pain pills from the pharmacist.

According to police, the woman – wearing a black and white jacket, black pants, black beanie and boots – went to the pharmacy counter, “insinuated she had a gun” and left the store with an undisclosed number of pills.

Officials think the woman’s beanie may have had a Philadelphia Eagles logo on it. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sgt. Gardner at 704-464-5400.
