As told by Emily:

Colby proposed at a very sentimental place: our high school football field on the 50-yard line. Colby and I had stargazed on the football field many years prior and said “I love you” for the first time while stargazing. We saw a shooting star that night and wished that we would end up together and get married, even though we had many years of college ahead. We knew from day one that we wanted to be together for the rest of our lives!

Emily and Colby will be married May 25, 2013
