The head of a Republican Hispanic group will speak Tuesday at the monthly meeting of the Mecklenburg County Young Republicans.
Ximena Uribe, state chair of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly, will speak at the 6:30 p.m. at the Dilworth Neighborhood Grille, 911 E Morehead St.
