FORT MILL Two people were arrested and two others issued courtesy summonses early Sunday after deputies wrestled with a drunk woman who spit blood and detained a man shouting racial slurs while police disrupted an underage drinking party in Fort Mill, police say.

Robert Bruce Neal III, 20, and Kristina Danielle Bruce, 21, both residents of 764 Portpatrick Place in Fort Mill, were issued courtesy summons with minor in possession of beer and transfer of beer to minor, respectively. Those arrested were Alicia Marie Bradley, 21, charged with resisting arrest and throwing bodily fluids, and William Hamburger, a 20-year-old man from Columbia who deputies charged with minor in possession of beer, providing false information to police and borrowing a driver’s license.

Sometime after midnight, deputies responded to the Portpatrick Place home after receiving complaints about loud music and an underage drinking party, according to a York County Sheriff’s report. Deputies saw empty Budweiser cans strewn throughout the yard and found beer and marijuana in the house.

Kristina Bruce admitted to police that she was in charge of the party and knew alcohol would be served, the report states. Neal said he had been drinking and smoking pot, according to police.

Officers detained Hamburger, who was loud, boisterous and intoxicated, in a patrol car, the report states. He gave police a false name and an ID that belonged to man who lives in Charleston. Hamburger gave officers his real name and age and was taken to the Fort Mill Police Department for booking.

On the way there, deputies said he used several racial slurs and profanities, and refused to provide contact information to complete his booking form.

Police found Spartanburg’s Alicia Bradley hiding in a closet. While screaming at police, she walked into a room, where police found a 21-year-old man unconscious on a couch. When an officer tried to grab Bradley, she jerked away, according to the report.

The officer took her to the ground, causing her mouth to hit the floor, breaking her front tooth, the report states. Bradley and the deputy struggled until he put her in handcuffs. She cursed at him, the report states, and spit blood on his arm.

EMS treated and released the 21-year-old man.
