Mallard Lake townhomes
M/I Homes of Charlotte recently opened models of its Catawba and Manchester home plans at Mallard Lake Townhomes in University City. Prices range from $114,340 to $154,375, depending on plan and options.
A number of townhomes are ready for move in and more are expected to be completed in May.
The Mallard Lake community – located across the street from Stoney Creek Elementary – also has a pool, playground and walking trails.
