BLOOMINGTON, Ind. Deshaun Thomas and Aaron Craft scored nine of Ohio State’s points in a decisive 11-2 run, leading the 14th-ranked Buckeyes past No. 2 Indiana 67-58 on Tuesday night.
Thomas finished with 18 points and Craft added 15 as the Buckeyes (22-7, 12-5 Big Ten) won their fourth straight.
Indiana had big plans for Senior Night.
After clinching a share of its first conference league title in 11 years with losses by Michigan State and Wisconsin on Sunday, the Hoosiers (25-5, 13-4) were trying to claim their first outright Big Ten crown since 1993. They will have another chance Sunday at No.7 Michigan.
Cody Zeller scored 17 points and Christian Watford added 12 for the Hoosiers.
No. 24 Notre Dame 66, St. John’s 40: Jerian Grant had 21 points and eight assists, Eric Atkins added 15 points and host Notre Dame held St. John’s to 18 percent shooting.
The Fighting Irish (23-7, 11-6 Big East) ended a three-game losing streak to the Red Storm (16-13, 8-9), which lost for the fifth time in six games. Notre Dame’s Cameron Biedscheid and Sir’Dominic Pointer of the Red Storm got in a skirmish with 1 minute, 46 seconds left. Both players were given technicals and ejected.
No. 9 Kansas State 79, Texas Christian 68: Angel Rodriguez had 21 points and 10 assists and Shane Southwell and Martavious Irving both added 15 points as the host Wildcats (25-5, 14-3 Big East) stayed tied with No. 4 Kansas for first place in the Big 12. Kyan Anderson had 29 points for the Horned Frogs (10-20, 1-16).
No. 15 Marquette 60, Rutgers 54: Jamil Wilson scored all 10 of his points in the second half, including the late 3-pointer that put Marquette ahead for good, and the Golden Eagles (22-7, 13-4 Big East) rallied past host Rutgers (13-15, 4-13).
Vander Blue had 22 points and made two game-sealing free throws with 13.9 seconds left for Marquette which kept pace with Georgetown and Louisville for the regular season title with one game remaining.
No. 25 Memphis 56, Texas-El Paso 54: Chris Crawford scored 15 and Adonis Thomas added 11 for visiting Memphis (26-4, 15-0 Conference USA). Julian Washburn led UTEP (16-13, 9-6) with 19 points.

Boston College 68, Clemson 61: Freshman guard Olivier Hanlan scored 24 and Ryan Anderson added 18 points and 11 rebounds as Boston College (14-16, 6-11) won at Clemson (13-16, 5-12).
In their final home game for the Tigers, Devin Booker had 19 points and eight rebounds and fellow senior Milton Jennings had 18 points and seven rebounds.
Big South Tournament
Winthrop 60, Radford 58, OT: Joab Jerome scored 22 and led Winthrop’s comeback in overtime against the Highlanders (13-19) in the tournament’s opening game in Conway, S.C.
Jerome’s layup with 2 seconds remaining won it for the Eagles (14-16), who trailed 57-52 just over a minute into overtime.
Longwood 87, UNC Asheville 72: Tristan Carey had 21 points and a career-best six steals as Longwood (8-24) began its first Big South tournament by knocking off the two-time defending champion Bulldogs (16-16).
Campbell 81, Presbyterian 73, OT: Trey Freeman scored 22 as Campbell (13-19) defeated Presbyterian (8-24).
Liberty 78, Coastal Carolina 61: Davon Marshall scored 10 of his game-high 28 during a 23-3 second-half run for the Flames (12-20). Anthony Raffa scored 23 for Coastal Carolina (14-15).
