A Stanly man has been charged with secretly taking photographs of his ex-wife.
Deputies said Leslie Mason, 46, took pictures of his ex-wife as she was entering and exiting the shower at her new home sometime after June 2011.
The ex-wife discovered the photos after she downloaded what she thought were family pictures from Mason’s computer, police said.
She reported the pictures to police on March 1.
Deputies Wednesday obtained a warrant for Mason on a felony charge of secretly peeping into a room occupied by a female.
Mason has been released from jail on a $5,000 secured bond.
