Shooting at West Morehead Street and Summit Avenue

One person was in the hospital with serious injuries Saturday after a shooting in west Charlotte, Medic officials said.

The shooting happened at 3 a.m. at West Morehead Street and Summit Avenue. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said three people were injured.

Detectives were investigating but had no suspects in custody Saturday afternoon.
