Charlotte-Mecklenburg police Saturday were interviewing suspects in a northeast Charlotte robbery that left one person in the hospital with gunshot wounds.

The male victim was shot twice when several people robbed him at the intersection of Tom Hunter Road and North Tryon Street sometime before 3:15 p.m., police said.
