Native American open house Saturday

The Metrolina Native American Association will hold an open house from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at its newly renovated Community House, at 1400 The Plaza in Charlotte.

The community house, former parsonage of Green Memorial Baptist Church, will serve as meeting place for the Metrolina Native American Association’s board and will house cultural classes and other activities. The second floor, once renovated, will offer rental office space, with the income helping to fund association activities.

Saturday’s program is open to the pujblic.
