HICKORY -- Police report no injuries Monday afternoon when a man robbed a store owned by the wife of Hickory’s mayor.

According to police, a man walked into A Signco, on Fairgrove Church Road near Interstate 40, about 4:30 p.m. and demanded money from Donna Wright, the wife of mayor Rudy Wright and the listed owner of the store.
