Man arrested in Rowan County break-ins

Rowan authorities have arrested a 19-year-old suspect in a two recent home break-ins in the eastern part of the county.

Bryant Jamar Lane is charged with felony breaking, entering and larceny, and felony obtaining property by false pretenses.

Earlier this week, the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office added Lane to its Most Wanted List and asked the public to be on the look out for him. He is suspected in break-ins in the Stone Road area of the county, the sheriff’s office said.

Lane was arrested Wednesday and is being held under a $7,500 bond at the Rowan County Detention Center.
