The Catawba County Sheriffs Office says they've identified a new victim and filed additional charges against a teacher who's accused of secretly videotaping students.
Scott Grantham, 50, was arrested last Friday, accused of using a video camera to record a female student in the classroom. The student told investigators that he used the camera to shoot down her blouse as he approached her from behind.
Following Grantham's arrest, he granted investigators permission to search his Hickory apartment; officers were given permission to take two personal computers, two digital cameras, two flash drives and 30 CDs and DVDs belonging to Grantham for investigation.
After examining the items taken from Grantham's home, officials filed two new charges against him of indecent liberties with minors.
Grantham was arrested on Thursday and booked in to the Catawba County Detention Center under a $40,000 bond.
Grantham is a teacher at Arndt Middle School where hes employed as an English as a Second Language teacher.
Grantham was charged with two felony counts of secret peeping in connection with the original charges, and has posted $10,000 bond.
