One person was also charged with felony drug possession, and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, officials said.

Other citations issued included: 15 charged with driving with a revoked license; four who had no insurance; and 42 on charges ranging from no tags to no inspection sticker, officials said.

Participating agencies included Charlotte-Mecklenburg police, Mecklenburg Alcoholic Beverage Commission Law Enforcement and the North Carolina Highway Patrol.
