12th Congressional District winning visions

Jacorian Marble, a senior at Harding University High, won the 12th Congressional District Art competition on May 4 with his entry titled “Visions.”

Jacorian’s medium was a reproduction color relief print. Another Harding student, junior Blen Rlan, finished second for his experimental ink print entry titled “Human Organic.”

Natalya Nimitz, a senior at Northwest School of the Arts, was third with “Strands of Wrath,” a silver gelatin print.

The event, at Waterworks Visual Arts Center in Salisbury, featured 27 entries.
