Police: N.C. teen exposed himself on beach

Myrtle Beach police charged at North Carolina teen with exposing himself while he was on the beach early Sunday, according to an arrest report.

Devin Drake Cox, 19, of Lexington, N.C., was charged with unlawful public exposure of specified anatomical parts and taken into custody at 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the area of Fifth Avenue north and the beach, police said.

An officer wrote in the report that while on patrol the officer saw Cox laying in the sand with his pants down exposing his buttock, according to the report. No other details were listed.
