The restaurant will serve “cochon du lait,” or suckling pig, marinated and seasoned with Louisiana spices and slow roasted. The New Orleans specialty will be served as a pork BBQ sandwich with slaw for $5 or as part of a pork BBQ plate with slaw and corn on the cob for $6. Annica Kreider, vice president of brand development says, “Summer is the perfect time to enjoy both the freshest of ingredients and traditional Thai flavors like ginger, lime, curry, cilantro, basil, coconut and more. We have taken all of these things and incorporated them into a Mellow take on Thai.” Two new hoagies are on the menu: the Thai Me Up Hoagie with cilantro glazed frilled steak and Sriracha-spiked garlic aioli and the Sriracha Veggie Crunch Hoagie.
