Target is working with Facebook, letting consumers earn some great discounts. Here’s how it works:
Visit cartwheel.target.com and sign in using your Facebook login.
Offers are organized similar to the boards on Pinterest but are called collections.
Select 11 Cartwheel deals. By sharing the offers on your Facebook page, you can earn additional savings.
To redeem those savings, either print your cartwheel barcode or use your mobile device to access it. At the register, present the barcode to the cashier like a coupon.
Nowadays everyone is concerned about security. When first logging in to Cartwheel, users can select who will see their offers. There is also a link to your Facebook privacy settings.
Before going to Target, review your offers to be sure they haven’t expired.
It’s tempting to overbuy, so don’t get a deal you really don’t need.
Look for items that also have coupons – double savings!
Adding friends will earn you extra savings, plus you can view their offers and even add them to your cartwheel.
Cartwheel offers are only valid in U.S. Target stores, not online.
If you have a Target Red Card – which is linked to your checking account – you will save 5 percent every day.
Take your own reusable bags and save a nickel for each one.
