Svan high chair & booster review

The Svan Complete Signet High Chair was featured on The Ellen Show’s Mother’s Day edition this year and Ellen gave the whole audience a high chair! If you missed the episode, you can watch the short clip here on YouTube.

Svan, a Scandinavian Child company, is actually based here in NC! The company was started by 2 dads in Sweden in 1996. 5 years later, the dads sold the company to Scandinavian Child- a leading manufacturer and distributor of innovative, functional and stylish children’s products. Svan currently makes the Signet High Chair, Lyft Booster, Play with Me Table and Chairs, and coming soon- Baby to Booster Bentwood High Chair and the Totseat Portable Child Seat.

Svan sent us the Complete Signet High Chair to review and I’m more than impressed! With E, I always wanted a wooden high chair. But, we didn’t want to spend the money on one since she would grow out of it so quickly. So we had one of those big, awkward plastic things that was an eyesore.

When the Signet High Chair arrived, I was so happy to see that it was half the size of our old one, it didn’t have nasty pvc lining, and the best part is that it blended in our kitchen corner- which is perfect since our house is on the market!

The Complete Signet High Chair is made with solid birch and is available in 5 different colors (white, espresso, mahogany, natural, and cherry) to match your decor. It also has a machine washable, PBDE-free foam cushion for the back and chair available in 7 different colors.

The chair is built to grow with your child from 6 months to a young adult or 150 pounds! So it is truly worth the investment! The Signet has an adjustable footrest, adjustable seat depth, a 5 point harness, felt pads on the base, and and fits standard table heights. It also comes with a removable plastic tray cover that can be stored on the back of the high chair.

The bentwood design is very modern. I love the sleek corners and how easy it is to move around! The high chair weighs about 18 pounds, so it’s very easy to lift and even transport. I love that the seat depth can be adjusted since lil man has chunky thighs! This is seriously the perfect high chair for your little one’s first meal. You can purchase the Complete Signet High Chair online for $260!

Svan also makes boosters for traveling and the Lyft is just as stylish!

The Lyft Booster is made with beech, aluminum, and plastic. It has anti-slip feet so it doesn’t scratch the chair while offering stability. The booster has safety straps that attach to back and bottom of chair and a 3-point adjustable safety harness. You can get it online for $80!

GIVEAWAY: Svan would like to give 1 lucky winner a Lyft Booster! Click here to enter now through Tuesday, July 2.
