Responsible Alcohol Seller/Server Program:

The North Carolina ABC Commission will offer Responsible Alcohol Seller/Server Program (RASP) for managers and staff of any business with ABC permits. The public is also welcome to attend and learn about the state’s ABC laws and regulations. The workshop is designed to address issues that affect businesses that sell alcohol. Free.
