Bonterra Builders recognized

Matthews-based homebuilder and developer Bonterra Builders has been recognized by Professional Builder Magazine as one of the nation’s top growing firms.

Thanks to its revenue growth in 2012, Bonterra was ranked 36th on the magazine’s list of 50 “Big Gainer Builders.”

In January, Bonterra also received the Quality Builders Warranty Corporation’s 2013 Builder of Integrity award for excellence in customer service and quality construction. New features for TateMobile

Allen Tate Company has updated its TateMobile mobile website and apps with several enhancements. New features include a map search that allows shoppers to search for properties geographically; driving directions that provide several routes to a property and a feature search that allows buyers to exclude or search for multiple criteria, among others.

The free apps can be downloaded from the Apple App Store; Google Play Store or by going to m.allentate.com from any smartphone, tablet or mobile device.
